The Denver Broncos are signing former Dallas Cowboys running back Deuce Vaughn to their 17-player practice squad, his agent, Jovan Barnes, told the Denver Gazette‘s Chris Tomasson.
Vaughn (5-6, 173 pounds) entered the league with the Cowboys as a sixth-round pick out of Kansas State in the 2023 NFL draft. He has totaled 168 yards from scrimmage on 50 touches in 14 career games. Last season, he rushed 17 times for 70 yards.

Denver had an open spot for Vaughn after they promoted third-string quarterback Sam Ehlinger from the practice squad to the 53-man roster last week. The Broncos had room for Ehlinger on the active roster after placing defensive lineman Malcolm Roach (calf) on short-term injured reserve.
