Courtland Sutton 19-yard TD
The Denver Broncos’ starting offense got its first touchdown of the preseason, from quarterback Bo Nix to wide receiver Courtland Sutton, putting the Broncos up 10-6 over the New Orleans Saints.
The offense had a rough first drive, going three-and-out, before finally getting a field goal on its second time down the field.

Sean Payton was not happy with those first two drives, so he sent the Broncos out for another drive down the field.
The Broncos were aided by a Nix-to-Sutton 43-yard pitch and catch, putting Denver inside the Saints’ 30-yard line. Two plays later, the Broncos led the Saints 10-3, after the Nix strike. Sutton went up to high-point the ball, and he was dragged into the end zone by a New Orleans defender.
